The Program 

The Emerging Leaders Program is designed to develop and empower participants to have a significant impact in their organisation and to elevate in their careers.

This program is designed for early to mid-career professionals with high potential, demonstrating existing leadership qualities or serving in their first leadership role. 

Underpinned by the tools and frameworks that are central to one of Australia's highest performing sporting organisations, the course objectives are three-fold.

Course Objectives:

  • Create an environment of openness and constructive conversation
  • Deep dive into the leadership skills and capabilities that sustainable high-performance environments require
  • Provide actionable plans that allow employees to do their life’s best work.
